Not being able to breathe properly is a serious health problem in the stressful world of today.
Stress is the leading reason for holding breaths in. A majority of people use only 20% of their breathing capacity.
Not breathing healthily, which is a major function that takes the toxins out of our body, prevents the cells from taking in nutrition and work properly, and results in muscle contractions and an increased rate for chronic diseases.

GROUP WORK: GUIDE ON HOW TO USE OUR BRAINS
We laugh with it, we fall in love with it, we get hungry and we talk through it.
It is the thing that stages our most enigmatic dreams and our sweetest daydreams as well!
We are lucky, because we have it, the human brain, the most complicated and developed device on the face of the earth.
So, despite this fact, why do we frequently make decisions that contradict with our interests, that we keep our habits that we know are wrong, and actually insist on it despite feeling guilty about it?
How come that we still look for cure for stress through drugs and pills that bring up new problems for us, decrease our brains productivity and fails our immune system instead of natural solutions?
The common answer to all these questions is that we do not know about our brain!
And we do not know how to use it properly!
“Guide on Using Our Brain” group work is planned to fill in this gap.
This study aims to introduce the brains structure, how it works, its merits and flaws under the light of the newest neuroscience concepts with a simple and understandable language and carry the participants’ understanding, knowledge and skills about the topics below to the highest level possible:
How do your senses, emotions and personality shape up in your brain?
